Workforce Interactive is proud to announce plans for our new sEQuence™ product lineup.  The AI-boosted sEQuence™ portfolio will leverage our recently awarded patent that provides a secure method for simultaneously analyzing the emotional intelligence (“EQ”) data points of multiple personnel.  Our innovative software-based services will enable proactive dissemination as well as on-demand retrieval of advice, insight, reminders, etc. after factoring a plurality of EQ composites. 

This breakthrough offering will enhance self-awareness so that individuals are in the best position to be able to optimally manage themselves and their relationships.  The keen foresight provided by our sEQuence™ programs can substantially upgrade leadership members’ abilities to heighten employee retention and engagement by communicating effectively and delivering constructive feedback without putting team members on the defensive.

We are well underway with our beta program and are very pleased with the favorable responses shared by our clientele.  Our current AI-supported development roadmap indicates sEQuence™ product rollouts will begin in the first half of 2026 and continue throughout the year.
